Application:
ZYD is special for treating used and old transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil. Comparing with the single-stage type, this machine adopts the twin-stages vacuum system, which can improve the machine’s working vacuum value highly. So it can dewater, degas and remove the impurity more deeply and effectively. It is very suitable for the large electric& insulation equipments which power are over 110 KV.
Features:
1. High vacuum and fast pump speed makes the machine run 2 ~3 times faster than the normal oil purifier. It can dewater and degas more completely.
2. Automatic back flushing system. Avoiding the trouble of hand washing and the damage to filter element.
3. The advanced low temperature separated oil and water technology from Japan can purify the molecular water in oil.
4. The Japanese macromolecule magnetic filter element can purify the impurities efficiently without any additive. Impurities in purified oil is ??span lang="EN-US">5 μm. And the cleanliness is above NAS6.
5. The heating system is made from aero materials. It guarantees the balanced heating. You can control the oil temperature between 0~80??/span> as you wish. No carbonization.
6. The combination of coalescing separation and vacuum duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating water. Liquid water content will ??span lang="EN-US">5 PPM, and breakdown voltage will achieve 70KV after purified.
7. A trio of automatic interlocked preventive device. It can run online 200 hours above.
8. We can design explosion preventive machines with your request. The degree of explosive prevention can achieve dIIBT4, even dIICT4.
