HENG’AO TYC Phosphate Ester Fire-resistant Oil Purifier Series

Application:

It is specially used in the treatment and regeneration of fire-resistant hydraulinc oil in the big and medium-sized thermoelectric generator speed-governing system.

Features:

1.       This machine’s body is made of acid and dissolving resistant stainless steel; the stage-to-stage dandified filter element is made of special materials.

2.       This machine can regenerate the seriously deteriorated oil by removing the polarity materials such as the deep oxides, free carbon in the oil effectively. It can make the seriously deteriorated oil reach to the normal index like anti-oxides, acid –alkali water-solubility.

3.       The product is equipped with three-stage purification, high-precision filtration.

4.       The materials and phosphate ester are of good adaptability and of no leakage and corrosion.

5.       Automatic back flushing system which avoids the trouble of hand washing and the damage to filter element, can effectively extend the lifetime of the filter element.

6.       The advanced oil-water separation technology in low temperature brought in from Japan can purify the molecular water in oil.

7.       With the application of third class filtering and high polymeric absorbing , the cleanliness is over NAS grade 6 and the Impurities in purified oil is <=5 μm.

8.       The Japanese macromolecule magnetic filter element can break the emulsification thoroughly without any additive.

9.       The heating system is made from aero materials. It guarantees the balanced heating. You can control the oil temperature between 0~80 degree as you wish. No carbonization.

10.   The combination of coalescing separation and vacuum duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating water. Liquid water content will <=80PPM.

11.   A trio of automatic interlocked preventive device. It can run online for more than 200 hours.

12.   We can design explosion preventive machines as your request. The degree of explosive prevention can achieve dIIBT4, even dIICT4.
